Jerry Lee Barnes, age 62, departed this life Friday, February 17, 2017 at Forest Cove Nursing Home in Jackson, Tn.
A native of Memphis, he worked as a painter. He was born January 15, 1955, son of the late William Gene Barnes and Mabel Louise Doherty Barnes and had lived 25 years in Texas.
Survivors include a daughter, Melissa Sarver; three sons, Chris Barnes, Jessie Barnes and Jerry Barnes, Jr.; 2 brothers, Billy Aaron Barnes and Larry Barnes and a sister, Elizabeth Wade. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Barnes.
