Jerry Wayne Copeland

Jerry Wayne Copeland was a twin born to the late Jessie Almon and Mary Ruth Copeland on July 6, 1950. Mr. Copeland departed this life on Sunday, June 26, 2022 in Waynesboro, TN at the age of 71 years, 11 months, and 20 days. He was united in marriage to Ruby Copeland. Jerry was a member of Upper Green River Baptist Church, a veteran of the United States Air Force, and a member of the American Legion.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Janet Elaine Copeland, Amelia Josephine Copeland, and Betty Ann Hannan, and a niece, Maria Ramirez Engel.

Jerry is survived by his wife Ruby, sister Helen Ramirez (Johnny), nieces Lisa Thompson, Celia Hampton (Allen), Amy Johns, nephew Brian Johns, great nieces Britnee Thompson, Brooke Thompson, Lynn Scott (Jarrett), Bethany Hampton, Alli Gobbell, great nephews Brandon Bailey, Andrew Hampton, Matthew Hampton, Hunter Gobbell (Laura), and Chase Brison, one great great niece, and two great great nephews.

At the request of the family, Mr. Copeland will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later time.
