Jerry Echols

Jerry Echols was born in New Market, Alabama on October 21, 1952, the son of William and Effie Mae Echols.On March 15, 1991, he was united in marriage to Julie Bryd, who survives.Jerry retired from Averrit Transportation as a truck driver. He departed this life on Sunday, January 13, 2013, at the age of 60 years, 2 months, 23 days.Jerry is survived by his wife of 21 years, Julie Echols of Savannah, Tennessee; son, Willie Anthony Echols of Florence, Alabama; sisters, Catherine Bailey of Elora, Tennessee and Karen Swanzy of Brantley, Alabama.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Kaye Echols and brother, William Lowe Echols.
