Jerry Lynn Gammillwas born in Savannah, Tennessee on October 7, 1951 the son of the Bonnie Daniels Sherrill and the late William Samuel Gammill.Mr. Gammill departed this life on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at the age of 59 years, 8 months.In addition to his mother, Bonnie Sherrill of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by his 2 daughters, Misti Stricklin and husband Lance of Florence, Alabama and Kassi Gammill of Atlanta, Georgia; a son, Kenny Gammill and wife Elizabeth of Marlton, New Jersey; 6 grandchildren, Logan Stricklin, Emily Stricklin, Tyler Gammill, Bailey Gammill, Jillian Stricklin, and Christian Fretwell; 2 sisters, Judy Gray of Savannah, Tennessee and Jonell Walker of Burnsville, Mississippi; 4 brothers, Jackie Gammill and Phillip Gammill both of Savannah, Tennessee, Johnny Gammill and Gary Gammill both of Pickwick Dam, Tennessee; a step mother, Betty Moore of Pickwick Dam, Tennessee.In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his step father, Franklin Moore.
