Jerry Harmon

Jerry Harmon was born on October 4, 1944 in Colbert County, Alabama, the son of the late Elvin and Gladys Marie Franks Harmon.
On November 2, 1968, he was united in marriage to Linda Mathews, who survives.
Mr. Harmon worked for TVA-Yellow Creek for 10 years, TVA Dam for 3 years and American Food Service for 20 years. He was a member of Savannah Church of Christ. Jerry enjoyed fishing, going to ballgames with his grandchildren, going to the flea market, and talking and visiting with people.
Jerry Harmon departed this life on February 10, 2023 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 78 years, 4 months, and 6 days.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Linda Harmon of Savannah, Tennessee; son, Brent Harmon and his wife Annette of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Barbara Conner of Savannah, Tennessee; and grandsons, Ben Harmon and Cade Harmon.
Memorial donations may be made to the Savannah Church of Christ or the Darryl Worley Cancer Treatment Center.
