Jerry David Hunt departed this life on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, at the age of 66 years, 5 months, and 19 days. He was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on June 16, 1951, the son of the late James and Mary Kay Tacker Hunt. On June 30, 1972, he was united in marriage to Sharon L. Sheets, who survives.
Jerry David had been a truck driver for Premier Plastics in Tupelo, Mississippi and Aqua Glass in Adamsville, Tennessee. He loved motorsports and riding four-wheelers.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon L. Hunt of Adamsville, Tennessee; son, David W. Hunt and his wife Kristi White Hunt of Adamsville, Tennessee; brothers, Larry F. Hunt and James "Bud" Hunt, both of Adamsville, Tennessee; sister, Belinda Hunt Mamula of Adamsville, Tennessee; and step grandsons, Hayden White and Lance Johnson.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, John Earl Hunt and Roy Hunt; and sister, Doris Smith.
