Enville, TN: Mr. Jesus Jose “Jesse” Aguilar, age 59, passed away Sunday evening at his home in Enville.
He was born in Sinton, TX on December 24, 1961 son of the late Jesus Pinon and Adelia Marie Almanza Aguilar. He grew up in Taft, TX and graduated from Taft High School in 1980. He also attended Bee County College and San Antonio Jr. College.
He moved to Tennessee about 25 years ago and has worked several jobs in Henderson including Henderson Stamping, Quality Metal Stamping, and most recently The City of Henderson Utility Department.
He married Naomi Horner on July 31, 2015.
He was a fun loving guy who loved to joke around and make others laugh and brighten their day! He especially loved his grandchildren dearly.
He is survived by his wife Naomi Ruth Aguilar; daughter, Jackie Aguilar; two stepsons, Tim Conatser (Aliya ) of Savannah, TN, and Michael Conatser of Jackson, TN; three grandchildren, Lydia Conatser, Ava Conatser, and Stella Conatser; a brother, Ricky Umbarger of Corpus Christi, TX; two sisters, Priscilla Vera of Corpus Christi, TX and Dora Sturgeon (Ulmer) of Rockport, TX; an aunt, Alma Garcia; three nieces, Rita Sturgeon, Rhianna Sturgeon, and Megan Zundt; and four nephews, Joseph Zundt, Quentin Zundt, Richie Gandara, and Brandon Sturgeon.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday September 24th at Shackelford Funeral Directors – East Main Chapel with Gene Hanna officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Enville.
The family will receive friends at Shackelford Funeral Directors - East Main Chapel from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM service time Friday.
