Jesse Walter Mutters was born on August 12, 1933, in Ashland, KY, to the late Jess and Wanda Gibson Mutters. He was united in marriage to Rhodora Mutters who preceded him in death. Mr. Mutters was a retired Associate of Rite Aid Drug Stores with 32 years of service. He departed this life on Sunday, November 1, 2009, in Selmer, TN, at the age of 76 years. He leaves 2 brothers and 1 sister. At his request there will be a memorial service at First Christian Church in Selmer, TN, at 1:00 PM, on Saturday, November 7, 2009, for family and friends.
