Jessie L. Cromwell

JESSIE L. CROMWELL



was born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee on June 19, 1919 daughter of the late Jessie Luther Shutt and Maude Lois Reed Shutt Rich.



On September 26, 1939 she was united in marriage to Raymond Doty Cromwell and he prceded her in death on December 27, 1998.



Mrs. Cromwell was a member of the Sharon Baptist Church. She retired from Brown Shoe Company.



She loved church and her church family, she enjoyed gardening, flowers, and

watching wildlife on her front porch.



Mrs. Cromwell loved her family and she loved all children and spending time with all her Nieces and Nephews. She was known as "Aunt Jessie" by everyone who loved her.



She leaves two nieces - Shelia Zahn - Pekin, Illinois and Linda Shelby McClusky and her husband Tom of Peoria, Illinois.



1 Great Niece - Sonya Tacker and husband Brandon of Savannah, Tennessee. 2 Great Nephews - Corey Zahn - Savannah, Tennessee and Kip Shelby and his wife Debi of Dunlap, Illinois.



2 Great Great Nieces - Jaelyn and Jenna Shelby - Dunlap, Illinois. 2 Great Great Nephews - Brandon C. and Dustin Tacker of Savannah, Tennessee.



2 sister in laws - Mary Katherine Rich and Maxine Cromwell Williams of Savannah, Tennessee.



Mrs. Cromwell was preceded in death by her stepfather Walker Rich, four brothers John Shutt, Emery Rich, Harvey Rich, and Billy Rich and a sister Reba Willoughby.
