Jewell Dean Lee Copeland

Jewell Dean Lee Copeland of Waynesboro, TN was born August 5, 1930 in Giles Co., TN, the daughter of the late Homer and Vador Kelley Lee. She was united in marriage to Samuel Ellis Copeland on November 1, 1951 and he preceded her in death on June 10, 1999.
Mrs. Copeland was a retired secretary and was a member of the Green River Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.
Mrs. Copeland departed this life on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion, Illinois at the age of 83 Years, 6 Months, 14 Days.
She is survived by a daughter, Sheryl Nalley and husband, Chad, and their daughter Kendall all of Pittsburg, IL; a son, Scott Copeland and wife, Tracey of Plano, TX; a brother, Bill Lee of Hermitage, TN.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Copeland was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Lee and a sister, Claudette Galigher.
Services will be Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Cal Hampton and Milton Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 22, 2014 from 11 am until service time at the funeral home.
