Jim Henry was born May 10, 1957 in Nashville, TN the son of the late Jack and Frances Patty Henry.
He was united in marriage to Donna Parsons on July 21, 2000.
Jim owned and operated Wildwood Farms Nursery in Michie, Tennessee for 32 years. He was an avid gardener and loved taking care of his nursery. He was also an avid hot air balloon pilot, flying all over the United States. He named his balloon "Tennessee Hillbilly." As much as he loved gardening and piloting his balloon - his greatest joy and love was his two granddaughters, Sadie and Stella.
Mr. Henry departed this life on November 1, 2020 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 63 Years, 5 Months, 22 Days. He is survived by his wife Donna Henry of Ramer, TN; a daughter, Hannah Knight Melson and husband Steven of Ramer, TN; two granddaughters, Sadie and Stella Melson; nephew, Robb Davis of Memphis, TN; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Henry was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Davis; niece, Emily Davis.
