Jimmie Nelle Brown

Jimmie Nelle Brown of Waynesboro, TN was born October 3, 1939 in Wayne Co., TN, the daughter of the late James Barney (Bob) and Jimmie Corene Lineberry Pulley. She was united in marriage to Jerry Glenn Brown on October 9, 1963 and he preceded her in death on January 9, 2005.



Mrs. Brown was a homemaker and a member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee.



Mrs. Brown departed this life on Friday, April 27, 2012 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 72 Years, 6 Months, 24 Days.



She is survived by a son, Randel Webb and wife, Peggy of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren, Amber Griggs and husband, Byron, Jeremy Skipworth and wife, Leah, and Ryan Webb; great-grandchildren, Kelli Griggs, Jake Skipworth, Ty Skipworth; a sister, Neva Brown and husband, W.J. all of Waynesboro, TN and several nieces and nephews.



In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant niece, Adele Hope Brown.



Services will be Sunday, April 29, 2012 at 1:30 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Donnie Overton and Steven Turnbow officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Houston Community, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers will be Jerry Wayne Franks, Ronnie Mathis, Eddie Berry, Danny Moore, Richard Gray, and John Allen Brown.
