Jimmie Lee Evans

Jimmie Lee Evans was born April 20, 1934 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Buford and Ava Hockaday Evans.Mr. Evans attended Union Grove Methodist Church as a youth, and later considered himself a Baptist in his belief. He enjoyed gardening and raising flowers. Mr. Evans departed this life on November 16, 2009 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 6 Months, 27 Days. He is survived by a brother, J. W. Evans of Selmer, TN; a nephew, Jeff Evans of Selmer, TN; and several extended family members and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Evans was preceded in death by a brother, Lewis Evans, and a sister, Mary Francis Evans.
