Jimmy Dale Duncan

Jimmy Duncan age 61 of Selmer, TN was born August 12, 1955 in Selmer, TN the son of the late Jim Duncan and Shirley Stroud. He was united in marriage to Ramona Whitsett on March 17, 2000. Mrs. Duncan preceded him in death on March 15, 2015. Jimmy received a Bachelor's from Lambuth University. He was an Engineer Technician at Thyssenkrupp Elevator in Middleton, TN and worked from them 37 years. He was a member of the Falcon Baptist Church in Selmer, TN. He enjoyed fishing and playing chess.

Mr. Duncan departed this life on December 17, 2016 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 61 Years, 4 Months, 5 Days.

He is survived by a son, Tommy Duncan and wife Jessica of Ramer, TN; his mom, Ella Duncan of Selmer, TN, a sister, Millie McMackin of Selmer, TN; three brothers: Roy Duncan and wife Sandy of Morris Chapel, TN, Jerry Duncan of Scio, OR, Johnny Duncan of Selmer, TN, half brother, Junior Stroud of Selmer, TN; six grandchildren: Dylan Duncan, Kyle Duncan, James Duncan, Emily Duncan, Andrew Turner and Gavin Dickey.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Duncan was preceded in death by a step daughter, Amanda Turner.
