Jimmy Middleton
was born in Lauderdale County, Alabama on December 3, 1944 the son of the late I.J. and Katie Glover Middleton.
On January 29, 1966 he was united in marriage to Geneva Mae Lowe, who survives.
Mr. Middleton was a truck driver for Gibbs Trucking Company in Crump, Tennessee for 12 years and was the Pastor of Mt. Calvary Full Gospel Church in Olive Hill, Tennessee for over 25 years. He lived in the Hardin County area for most of his life. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and loved being outdoors.
Mr. Middleton departed this life on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at the age of 66 years, 2 months, 19 days.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Carol Middleton of Olive Hill, Tennessee; 2 sons, Jimmy Middleton, Jr. and Paul Middleton and wife Tonya all of Olive Hill, Tennessee; 6 grandchildren, Summer Garrett, Dewayne Middleton, Krystal Middleton, Amos Middleton, Bobbie Bratcher, and Brandi Bratcher; 2 great-grandchildren, Lillie Mae Garrett and Icorius Alan Garrett; 3 sisters, Bessie Franks of Olive Hill, Tennessee, Janie Dukes of Rainsville, Alabama and Christine Davis Sheffield, Alabama; 2 brothers, Arthur Middleton of Olive Hill, Tennessee and Ray Middleton of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bobbie Middleton; 2 brothers, I.J. Middleton, Jr. and Coy Dean Middleton.
