Jimmy Glen Stewart

Jimmy Glen Stewart was born on January 15, 1951, the son of Lois B. Benson Stewart and the late Glen Jackson Stewart. On March 18, 1986, he married Penny C. Terry, who survives. Jimmy departed this life on May 11, 2017, at the age of 66 years, 3 months, and 26 days.

Before living in Hardin County, Tennessee, Jimmy lived in Rhodesville, Alabama. In his lifetime, he worked for Jones Brothers, TVA, and the Hardin County Highway Department. His coworkers were like family to him. Jimmy served his country in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time with his family, and watching Nascar, football, and baseball.

Along with his wife and mother, Jimmy is survived by his sons, Jimmy Stewart of Calhoun, Georgia and Jason Stewart of Savannah, Tennessee, a brother, Don Stewart, and a grandchild, Emmy Lou Stewart.

In addition to his father, Jimmy was preceded in death by his grandparents, George and Mammie Benson and Will Stewart.
