Joan Talley

Joan Talley departed this life on Thursday, December 3, 2015, at the age of 67 years, 4 months, 24 days. She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on July 9, 1948, the daughter of the late Luther and Frankie Franks Brown. On August 13, 1965, she was united in marriage to Patrick Talley, who survives.

Joan was a lifelong Hardin Countian and was employed for 15 years at a Angelica Manufacturing as a shade maker. She loved to read and spend time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Patrick Talley of Savannah, Tennessee; children, Bobby Talley and Tammy McCasland and husband, Doug all of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Bobby Talley, Jr., Matthew Ryan Talley, Kristen Brown, and Cassidy Brown; great-grandchildren, Brently Ryan Talley, Trinity Faith Talley, and Jackson Dale Bowling; sister, Della Wilkerson of Savannah, Tennessee; and a special friend, Judith Brown of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Ruby Mitchell and Lily Wilkerson; brothers, Hobert Brown and two infant brothers.
