Joanna Weiss Brewer

Joanna Weiss Brewer 59 of Waynesboro, TN was born September 4, 1956 in Florida the daughter of the late Robert Weiss and Virginia Williams Weiss. Mrs. Brewer departed this life on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at her home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 59 Years, 8 Months, 17 Days. She was a lumber stacker at Hassell and Hughes for many years and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by a son, Kevin Derhake of Waynesboro, TN, daughters, Tresa Clausel of Adamsville, TN and Tonya Gladson of Iron City, TN, stepdaughter, Pamela Keeton of Cypress Inn, TN, nine grandchildren, Chazton Staggs, Dawson Ray, Cameron Cole, Schyler Daniel, Brandie Dicus, Dustin Gambrell, Raven Daniel, Alex Davis, and Spencer Gambrell, six great grandchildren, Harlee Daniel, Keaston Dicus, Kambria Daubenspeck, Wyatt Gambrell, Decklyn Dicus, Kayson Cole, and Penelope Gambrell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a step daughter, Penny Gambrell, a brother, Ronnie Williams, and a grandchild, Bronica Jackson.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Rocky Ford Community Church near Iron City, Tennessee, with Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will follow in the Butler Grove Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing. Pallbearers are Schyler Daniel,Dawson Ray, James Kelley, Chazton Staggs, Seth Kelley, and Michael Dial.

Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM on Monday at Rocky Ford Community Church.
