He was a former member of Savannah Heights Church of Christ. Joe enjoyed traveling, playing games, spending time with his friends, and working with his crew at Monogram.
He departed this life on October 16, 2021 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 44 years, 11 months and 19 days.
Joe is survived by his aunts, Rosie Kelly, Louise Kelly, and Birdie Steakley; friend, Jason Doran; the Mullins family; numerous cousins; a host of friends; work crew; and his church family.
