Mr. Knipper was born September 23, 1972 in Jackson to Joe Knipper of Bartlett and Gerry Biffle of Southaven, MS. He was the service manager at Honda Haven in Memphis for 2-½ years.
In addition to his parents, survivors include a son, Charles Jacob Knipper of Memphis; 2 stepsons, Jonathan and Chad Moore, both of Memphis; a stepmother, Carol Knipper of Bartlett; 2 brothers, Jonathan and Joshua Knipper, both of Bartlett; a grandmother, Dessie Mayberry of Memphis; and a step grandmother, Naomi C. Marcom of Brownsville.
