Joe Dan McClain

Joe Dan McClain was born February 2, 1925 in McNairy County, TN, the son of the late John Dalton and Irene Willis McClain. He was a retired farmer and served our country in the Navy during WW II. Mr. McClain departed this life on February 4, 2018 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 93 Years, 1 Day.
He is survived by a daughter, Nancy Cox; a grandchild, Jason Reeder and wife Kim; two great grandchildren, Justice Reeder, Eve Stone and husband Michael all of Selmer, TN; and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. McClain was preceded in death by his wife Ann McClain in 1989; a grt-grandchild, Alexandra Kathrine Reeder; eight brothers: Willie Dee McClain, Ben McClain, Glen McClain, Freeman McClain, Opal McClain, Earl McClain, Carl McClain and J. R. McClain.
