Joe Don Moore

Joe Don Moore was born August 3, 1946 in Selmer, TN the son of the late John Cornish Moore and Evelyn Coats Moore. He was united in marriage to Connie Maness on June 16, 1978.

Joe was heavily involved in road and bridge construction for the state, county, and private sector levels for most of his adult life. He was a volunteer for the Sulphur Springs Fire Department. Joe departed this life on April 5, 2018 in Jackson, TN at the age of 71 Years, 8 Months, 2 Days.

He is survived by his wife Connie Moore of Selmer, TN; two sons, Joe Don Moore Jr. and wife Tracy of Bartlett, TN, Lee Edward Moore and fiance Kimberly of Selmer, TN; five grandchildren, Andrew Moore, Caroline Moore, Katelyn Moore, Hunter Moore, Tyler Moore; a sister, Nancy Watkins of Selmer, TN; three brothers, Ray Moore and wife Martha of Adamsville, TN, J. C. Moore and wife DeeDee of Jackson, TN, Terry Moore and wife Melissa of Selmer, TN; a host of extended family and friends.
