Joe Neal Hill

Joe Neal Hill was born March 14, 1944 in Memphis, TN, the son of the late George William Hill and Sara Evie Hendrix Hill. He departed this life on March 18, 2023 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 4 Days.

Joe was united in marriage to Frankie Stanley on January 18, 1969. He served our country in the United States Army stationed in Germany. He owned River City Truck Parts in Memphis, TN then West Memphis, AR during 1980's. He brought that business to Selmer, TN in 1987 and never stopped tinkering. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Selmer, Tennessee.

Joe had a knack for pulling you into one of his stories and leaving you in stitches. He loved spending time with his family as well as his friends at Hardee's.

He is survived by his wife, Frankie Hill of Selmer, TN; a daughter, Melanie Hill of Hernando, MS; a son, Justin Hill and wife Ashley of Knoxville, TN; two grandchildren, Reagan and Camden Hill; and multiple nieces and a nephew.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Hill was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Hill of Memphis, TN; two sisters, Betty Sue Huggins of Selmer, TN and Reba Faye Hardie of Ft. Pierce, FL.
