JOE DELL PARRISH
Henderson, TN: Joe Dell Parrish age 70 passed away March 6, 2017 at his home.
He was born March 1, 1947 in Perry County, TN and reared in Chester County, TN, the son of the late Raymond Douglas Parrish and Bertha Mae Howell Parrish. He went to school in the Glendale Community of Chester County. He began working in the logging business with his father and later was a long hall trucker. He lived most of his life in the Glendale Community. He loved to talk on the C.B. Radio and working on Chevrolet vehicles.
Mr. Parrish is survived by two sons, Darren Parrish of Huntingdon and Barry Parrish of Centerville; a daughter, Cindy Rutherford of Ripley, MS; two grandchildren and a sister, Barbara Pounds of Warren, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Brenda Atkinson and Bonnie Smith and a brother, Odell Parrish.
Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Thursday March 9, 2017 at Chester County Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Chester County Memory Gardens 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM on Thursday.
Casey Chapel in charge of those arrangements, there will be no visitation at the funeral home.
