Joe Neal Rinks

In September of 1957, he was united in marriage to Janice Smith, who preceded her husband in death on November 28, 2022.
Mr. Rinks honorably served his country in the United States Army. In 1966, Joe began working for Ford Motor Company. He would go on to retire as an executive in the company at the age of 62. He enjoyed playing golf and spending time with his family. Joe was a member of Pickwick United Methodist Church.
Joe Neal Rinks departed this life on April 3, 2024 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 89 years, 11 months, and 28 days.
He is survived by his sons, Jeff Rinks and his wife Barbara of Winter Garden, Florida and Tim Rinks and his wife Melanie of Eads, Tennessee; sister, Peggy Robinson of Memphis, Tennessee; and grandchildren, Haley Rinks, Matthew Rinks, Melissa Rinks, and Caroline Rinks.
In addition to his wife and parents, Joe was preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Tackett.
