Joey Douglas Fox

Joey Douglas Foxwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on October 25, 1960 the son of the late Cecil Alexander and Lou Jean Higgins Fox.Mr. Fox was a lifelong member of the Walnut Grove Community and had worked for JB Smith Logging Company. He liked hunting, fishing, and drag racing.Mr. Fox departed this life on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at the age of 50 years, 5 months, 16 days.He is survived by a son, Jason Alexander Fox of Savannah, Tennessee; a daughter, Britney Nicole Fox of Stantonville, Tennessee; 3 grandchildren, Sadie Daniel, Olivia Daniel and Jason Alexander (JJ) Fox, Jr.; 2 brothers, Jimmy Fox and Ricky Fox both of Savannah, Tennessee; 4 sisters, Joyce Scott, Jane Jones, Jackie Davison all of Savannah, Tennessee and Judy Balentine of Cypress Inn, Tennessee.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Joan Boatwright; 2 brothers, Rayburn Fox and Hassell Fox.
