John Christopher Bratcher

John Christopher Bratcher of Florence, AL was born August 9, 1970 in Florence, AL, the son of Paulette Horton Bratcher of Florence, AL, who survives and the late John Alden Bratcher.

Mr. Bratcher had worked at Gibson Book Company and departed this life on Sunday, July 11, 2021 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama at the age of 50 Years, 11 Months, 2 Days.

Other than his mother, he is survived by sisters, Charlotte Horton of Counce, TN and Melinda Rogers of Savannah, TN; nephews, Zach Rogers, Clint Rogers and Matt Horton; niece, Morgan Stricklin; great-nephews, Ryder, Gavin, Caleb and Declan and great-niece, Izzy.

In addition to his father, Mr. Bratcher was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ed and Lois Horton and Walter and Nettie Bratcher.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Cromwell Crossroads Cemetery, Collinwood, Tennessee with Ralph Mann officiating. Burial will follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors assisting the family.

Visitation will be thirty minutes before the service at the cemetery.
