Henderson, TN: John David Jones, Sr., age 49 passed away June 4, 2011 at his home.
He was born and reared in Chester County, the son of the late Sam P. and Charlene Hysmith Jones. He went to school in Chester County. He worked on cars as a young man and was a mechanic at his father’s garage for many years. He loved to fish and be outdoors.
He is survived by two sons, John David Jones, Jr. of Bethel Springs and Justin Jones of Henderson; two grandchildren, Julia Jones and Jaxton Jones; two brothers, Eddie Jones of Henderson and Sammy Jones of Knoxville and three sisters, Judy Cox and Kaye Busby both of Henderson and Melba Jo Johnson of Lexington.
He was preceded in death by two brothers; Buddy Jones and Ricky Jones.
