John Keith Gray

John Keith Gray was born March 29, 1951 in Selmer, TN the son of the late Christopher and Charlene Stone Gray.He was united in marriage to Daphene Holmes on September 14, 1973.Mr. Gray was a diesel mechanic for East West Motor Freight and a member of the First Christian Church in Selmer, Tennessee. He had many interests and was so looking forward to playing golf and watching Tucker play ball this summer.Mr. Gray departed this life on February 21, 2012 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 60 Years, 10 Months, 23 Days. He is survived by his wife, Daphene (Holmes) Gray of Selmer, TN; a daughter, Keesha York and husband Kevin of Ramer, TN; a son, Josh Gray and wife Tiffany of Selmer, TN; a sister, Cheryl Gordon of Memphis, TN; a brother, Acie Gray and wife Charlotte of Memphis, TN; four grandchildren, Tucker and Heisman Gray, Jacob and Steven York.John Keith had many friends and he loved them all dearly.In addition to his parents, Mr. Gray was preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Butler, Charlotte Yow; a brother, Eddie Wayne Gray.
