John Lambert

Mr. Lambert died early Saturday morning, April 1, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

A native of Corinth, MS, he spent his early years there before moving to Toone after his marriage to Karen Smith on December 1, 1972. His parents were the late Marshall Leonard Lambert and Ora Lee Crane Lambert.

Mr. Lambert was a contractor and construction supervisor of commercial swimming pools for his own company, Swim Designs, and had also worked for Paddock Pool Equipment Company. A member of the Harper Road Church of Christ (now known as Northside) in Corinth, he enjoyed photography and fishing in his leisure time.

He was the husband of Karen Lambert, who survives, and also leaves two daughters, Melissa (Bo) Hazelwood and Ashley (Ryan) Zawacki; one son, Stephen Lambert; two sisters, Nina (Tommy) Taylor of Booneville, MS and Nona (Billy) Woods of Michie, TN; three grandchildren, Will, Tate and Harper Zawacki; and numerous nieces and nephews
