John H. Marler

John H. Marler, age 86, of Corinth, MS, departed this life on Thursday, November 12, 2009, at Magnolia Regional Health Care in Corinth. He was born on September 16, 1923, to the late Hugh and Reamer Nichols Marler. He was a retired welder with the General Electric Company in Selmer, TN.Survivors are his wife, Katherine Cunningham Marler of Corinth; a daughter, Diane Lancaster and husband David, also of Corinth; two sisters, Rachel Moore of Selmer and Ruth Cunningham of Pickwick Dam, TN; two granddaughters, Kimberly Lancaster of Little Rock, AR and Dana Lancaster of Corinth; and a host of other relatives and friends.In addition to his parents, Mr. Marler was preceded in death by two sisters, Imogene Taylor and Irene Asbill.
