Reeveswas born in New Roads, Louisiana on February 16, 1959 the son of the Melvin Wayne and Betty Joyce Davidson Reeves.Mr. Reeves was self-employed.Mr. Reeves departed this life on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the age of 52 years, 15 days.In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, John N. Reeves, Jr. of Melville, Louisiana; 2 daughters, Lauren Timberly Reeves of Nashville, Tennessee and Valerie DiBenedetto of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; a grandchild, Skylar Rayne DiBenedetto; a sister, Debra A. Baham of Harpersville, Alabama; a brother, Mikel Wayne Reeves of Midway, Mississippi.Mr. Reeves was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur Ray Reeves.
