Johnny Wesley Mancell departed this life on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at the age of 69 years, 4 months, 10 days. He was born in Hayti, Missouri on February 2, 1947, the son of the late Floyd Mitchell Mancell and Lena Ann Doyle Harville. On October 2, 1969, he was united in marriage to Deborah Reed, who survives.
Johnny was a life long Hardin Countian and had worked for Hosea's Sawmill. He loved to garden, spend time with his family, play dominoes, and throw horseshoes. He attended Soul's Harbour Church.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Deborah Mancell of Savannah, Tennessee; daughters, Deborah Moody of Henderson, Tennessee, Kim Harville of Enville, Tennessee, and Lori Rose of Savannah, Tennessee; sons, Floyd Mancell and John Mancell both of Savannah, Tennessee; ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Ann Burns and Lena Mae Shelby both of Savannah, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Leslie Mancell, Floyd (Jr.) Mancell, Frank Mancell, and Jimmy Mancell.
