Johnny Ruth Mangum

JOHNNY RUTH MANGUMwas born in Iron City, Tennessee on April 4, 1931 the daughter of the late John F. and Molly Carter Lewis.In June of 1947 she was united in marriage to Aubrey C Mangum, who preceded his wife in death on February 27, 1977.Mrs. Mangum retired from Brown Shoe Company after 45 years. She was a member of East End Methodist Church. Mrs. Mangum loved reading and she loved her granddaughters and great grandchildren.She departed this life on September 15, 2009 at the Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 78 years, 5 months and 11 days.Mrs. Mangum is survived by one son, Mike Mangum of Savannah, Tennessee2 grandchildren, Scarlett Leanne Mangum and Ashly Rae Martinez3 great grandchildren, Kolby James Martinez, Ashton Carol Martinez and Sophia Rae GarciaMrs. Mangum was also preceded in death by one great grandchild, Molly Christine Martinez, 2 sisters, Lillian Lewis and Mary Jan Selby and one brother, James Allen Lewis
