Mr. Johnny Mike Mathis was born November 7, 1949 in Hohenwald, Tn to the union of the late James and Ruby Trull Mathis. Mr. Mathis was a Land Surveyer, a member of the Sweet Water Church of Christ in Hohenwald, Tennessee and a proud Army Veteran. Mr. Mathis departed this life on November 5, 2019 in Hohenwald, making his stay in this life some 69 Years, 11 Months and 29 Days.
He is survived by his Uncles, Claude Mathis and Herbert Stevens both of Hohenwald, TN, his Aunt Nell Harris of Hohenwald, TN as well as numerous cousins and many loving friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents James and Ruby Mathis and several Aunts and Uncles.
A Graveside Memorial Service with full military honors will be held on November 16, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Swiss Cemetery in Hohenwald, Tennessee with Jerry Garner and Kenley Bates officiating.
