Mr. Johnny Lynn Moore, age 60 of Bolivar, Tennessee, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 at Pine Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Hardeman County, Johnny was born Wednesday, April 2, 1958 in Jackson, Tennessee to the late Troy Dillard and Helen Juanita Vaughan Moore. He was a forklift operator for International Paper, Harmon Manufacturing and Yoplait Yogurt prior to becoming disabled, and loved to garden, work in the yard, and spend time with his children and grandchildren. On Saturday, November 18, 1978, he was united in marriage to Susan Parks Moore, who survives. He was a member of Shandy Baptist Church in Bolivar.
In addition to his wife, survivors include his son, Jonathan Parks Moore (Tykira) of Pahrump, NV; brother, Troy D. Moore, Jr. (Becky) of Lexington, TN; a first cousin whom he considered a sister, Loulana Culver, Woodstock, GA; son-in-law, Ricky Wilson of Bolivar; and grandchildren, Emma Wilson, Maci Wilson and Addison Moore.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Bethany Moore Wilson.
Charitable contributions made in Mr. Moore's memory may be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.
