Johnny Mack Stricklin

JOHNNY MACK STRICKLIN

was born in Savannah, Tennessee on March 2, 1950 the son of the late G. C. and Nadine Williams Stricklin.

On November 29, 1968 he was united in marriage to Connie Sue Woods, who preceded her husband in death on March 7, 2015.

Mr. Stricklin was a truck driver to Volunteer Sod Company in Lutts, Tennessee and he was also a self employed logger. He enjoyed working and doing mechanic work and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Stricklin departed this life on December 2, 2015 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 65 years and 9 months.

He is survived by his two sons, Johnny Doyle Stricklin and his wife Melinda Dawn of Woodbine, Georgia and Brian Shane "PeeWee" Stricklin and his wife Angie of Rogersville, Alabama.

5 grandchildren, Carley Stricklin, Johnny Mack Stricklin, Hannah Stricklin, Will Cook and Payton Cook.

three brothers, Billy Stricklin, Gary "Bud" Stricklin and Mark Stricklin, all of Savannah, Tennessee

two sisters, Christine Balentine and Kaye Rainy, both of Sumertown, Tennessee.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by one daughter, Jennifer Rose Stricklin, one sister, Lou Dean Patterson and two brothers, Paul and Ken Stricklin.
