Mr. Brock passed away on Thursday morning at Huntingdon Health and Rehab.
He was born in Memphis, the son of the late John Marvin Brock and Lorraine Dellinger Brock Snyder of Bolivar, who survives, and lived there for 38 years. He had also lived in Jackson. Mr. Brock was a 1979 graduate of Raleigh-Egypt High School and served in the US Navy. He worked for ResCare, Inc. for several years and was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis. He also attended Walnut Grove Baptist Church near Bolivar. He enjoyed playing golf and helping others.
In addition to his mother, he leaves his brother, Carroll Brock of Bolivar; four uncles, Wayne (Nancy) Dellinger, Lloyd (Linda) Dellinger, Clyde (Sheila) Dellinger and Earl (Barbara) Dellinger, all of Bolivar; and his aunt, Dorothy Brock of Hickory Valley.
