A VISITATION FOR MR. DANIELS WILL BE HELD FROM 3:00 - 5:00 PM ON FRIDAY, AUGUST, 14, 2015 AT THE NEW LIFE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP LOCATED ON HIGHWAY 57 AT SAULSBURY. ALL OTHER SERVICES INCLUDING BURIAL WILL TAKE PLACE IN PERRY, FL.
Mr. Daniels died Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at his home in Saulsbury.
A native of Middlesex, NJ, he was the son of the late Edward and Alice Dorsey Geschwind. He moved to Florida at a young age where he lived for 48 years prior to moving to Tennessee in 2002. On September 10, 1983, he was united in marriage to Lyn Nell Page, who survives. Mr. Daniels worked as an automotive and diesel mechanic from a very young age; able to fix any engine from the smallest lawn mower to the largest tractor trailer. In his leisure time, he enjoyed all forms of racing, especially NASCAR, fishing, camping, trains, airplanes and particularly spending time with his grandchildren, whom he dearly loved.
In addition to his wife, he is survived his son, Joseph "Joey" Daniels, Jr.of Saulsbury; three daughters, Tracy Cole of Middleton, Jessica Borden of Memphis and Amanda Brock of Perry, FL; three sisters, Linda James of Perry, FL, Judy Pearson of Perry, FL and Jocy Geschwind of Piscataway, NJ; one brother, Duke Daniels of Virginia; and 10 grandchildren, Brittany, Ashley, Terrence and Haley Brock; Brandon and DaKayla Bolden, Milo Crisp, Colton Trotter, ShaeLyn and AnnaLisa Daniels.
In addtion to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Michael Daniels; three sisters, Jennifer Daniels, Karen Cruce and Suzy Foster; and two brothers, Paul Daniels and George Geschwind.
