Joseph Hayes 'Bubba' Burnette, 23, of Middleton, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2009 at Gibson County General Hospital in Humboldt.
Born September 7, 1986 to Jeff Burnette of Middleton and Cindy Crain Burnette of Peru, IL, he was a construction worker and lived in Hardeman County since 1990. He was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church in Middleton.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancé, Jessica Smith of Humboldt; two sisters, Ashley Jean Burnette of Peru, IL, Amber Rose Burnette of Middleton; a brother, Michael Paul Burnette of Saulsbury; a paternal grandmother, Betty Burnette of Middleton; and a niece, Emilie Elaine Burnette.
He is preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, Joe Burnette; a maternal grandfather, Dick Leffleman; and a maternal grandmother, Rose Leffleman.
