Joyce Campbell Newman, age 79, Waynesboro, TN died Monday, December 18, 2006 at Wayne Care Nursing Home in Waynesboro.
Her remains were cremated. Mrs. Newman, a native of Liberty, MS, was preceded in death by her parents Milton Young Bates and Georgia Anna Bowlin Bates; husband Thomas B. Newman, Jr.; and brother, A.J. Bates.
She was a cosmetologist.
She is survived by sons, Robert Lee Campbell of New Orleans, LA and Sidney Ross Campbell of Lawrenceburg, TN
daughter, Deborah C. Jeansonne Dykes and her husband Kenneth of Waynesboro, TN
grandchildren, Sidney Robert Campbell, Melissa Groves, and Jennifer Jones
and great grandchildren, Trallissa, Tracy, and Tosha Groves
