Mrs. Stack, 86, of Toone, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at Maplewood Healthcare in Jackson.
Born October 22, 1922 to the late Eddie Frank and Mattie Roberts Young, she lived in the Chicago area for 32 years before moving to Toone in 1982. The widow of the late Robert Edger Harris who died in 1983 and the late Windell Anderson Stack who died in 1993, she was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and a retired production worker for Frozen Pizza Company in Chicago.
She leaves as her survivors, a daughter, Marie Walsh of Orland Park, IL; three sons, Marshall Dean of Calumet City, IL, Terry Lynn Harris of Chicago, IL, Jerry Wynn Harris of Oahu, HI; four sisters, Freddie Pierce of Bolivar, Frankie Sue Jones of Eads, Tennie Bearden of Dardanelle, AR, Minnie Arnold of Demopolis, AL; two brothers, W.F. "Pete" Young of Troy, Billy Joe Young of Dardanelle, AR; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; numerous much loved nieces and nephews; church family; and many wonderful friends.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by a brother, Monroe Young; and three sisters, Lucille Young, Estelle Avent, and Allie Lee Baker.
