Juanita Irene Howell

Juanita Irene Howell was born November 13, 1939 in Cypress Inn, TN the daughter of the late Dewey Lee and Alta Barkley Hammack. She died surrounded by her family Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Wayne County Nursing Home in Waynesboro at the age of 71 Years, 8 Months, 29 Days. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Lee Hammack. She was united in marriage to W.G. Howell on December 14, 1963. She retired from Hickory Hills Manufacturing in November of 1996. She continued to work part time at C and C Market until July of 2010.



She is survived by her husband W. G. Howell of Clifton, TN;

two daughters, Donna (Dwayne) Franks of Manchester, TN and Connie (Rob) Robinson of Antioch, TN; three grandchildren, Michelle Franks of Smyrna, TN , Kayla Robinson, and Ethan Robinson both of Antioch, TN; five brothers, Troy Hammack and James (Ola) Hammack both of Waynesboro, TN, Paul (Margaret) Hammack of Collinwood, TN, Willie David (Joyce) Hammack of Flora, AR, John (Ruby) Hammack of Lincoln Park, MI; a sister, Mary Hammack of Waynesboro, TN. several nieces, nephews, and cousins.



Services will be Saturday, August 13, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel in Waynesboro with Joseph Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverside Methodist Church Cemetery in Clifton with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
