Judy Faye Highland

Judy Faye Highland departed this life on Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at the age of 55 years, 8 months, and 13 days. She was born and raised in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 17, 1960, the daughter of the late Carl Franks and Mattie Sue Highland. When she was still a young girl she was adopted and raised by her grandparents, Rip and Lillian Highland.

Judy had worked for Engineering Plastics for 10 years as a machine operator and inspector. She enjoyed playing with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Richard Parsons and wife, Crystal of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Lillian and Callee Parsons; sister, Linda Pipes of Savannah, Tennessee; brothers, Billy Wayne Franks and Carl Ray Franks both of Savannah, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rip and Lillian Highland and a brother, David Reese Highland.
