Mrs. Stallings passed away Thursday afternoon, May 19, 2011 at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis.
The wife of Rob Stallings, who survives, she retired as the owner and self-employed restaurateur of "Cafe Under The Hill". Mrs. Stallings was born November 29, 1943 in Memphis to the late Albert Edward "Pete" Willoughby and Eva Rumelle Parsons Willoughby and lived all of her life in Hardeman County. She was a member of Hornsby Baptist Church, a class of 1961 graduate of Bolivar Central High School and enjoyed traveling.
In addition to her husband, whom she married in 1990, she is survived by three sisters, Linda Weaver of Middleton, Pat Weaver of Selmer and Alba Glasscock of Bolivar; and nieces and nephews.
