JULIAN BOMAR
was born in Tipton County, Tennessee on February 2, 1937 the son of the late Seldon and Rebecca Bomar.
On June 3, 1955 he was united in marriage to Glynn Harchfield, who survives.
Mr. Bomar was owner of Bomar Heating and Air. He was a Greeter for Walmart in Savannah, Tennessee. Mr. Bomar was a Veteran of the Tennessee National Guard. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, past member of Morris Chapel Ruritan and member of Lost Dutchman Mining Association. Mr. Bomar enjoyed music and he sang with a band. He loved woodworking, panning for gold, cooking and working with people.
Mr. Bomar departed this life on December 26, 2009 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 72 years, 10 months and 24 days.
Other than his wife, Glynn of Savannah, Tennessee, he is survived by one daughter, Paula Suzanne Bomar of Chattanooga, Tennessee and one son, David Paul Bomar of Memphis, Tennessee
4 grandchildren, Joshua Douglas Gray, Bethany Suzanne Gray, Kimberly Clark and Amanda Sanders
2 great-grandchildren, Joshua Payton Todd and Mackenzie Sanders
2 sisters, Mary Katherine Mills of Millington, Tennessee and Peggy Vandouser of Vermillion, Ohio
2 brothers, Gwin Bomar of Horn Lake, Mississippi and Al Bomar of Florida
Mr. Bomar was also preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Clyde Bomar and 2 brothers, Reuben and Robert Bomar.
