Funeral services for June B. Casteel, age 82, of Waynesboro, TN; will be on Tuesday February 13, 2007, 2:00 pm Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro with Ray Kelso and H.H. Hurst officiating. Interment following in McGlamery Cemetery, Collinwood, TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be on Monday February 12 from 6:00-9:00 pm and on Tuesday February 13 from 8:00 am until service time at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro
June B. Casteel a native of Wayne County, TN; died on Monday February 12, 2007 at her residence in Waynesboro. She was born in Collinwood, TN; on August 23, 1924 to the late Tom and Cora Fraley Bartley. Mrs. June was preceded in death by her husband; James Thomas “Bud†Casteel; and sister of the late Guy Bartley; L. M. Bartley; Tommie Cole and Lorene Coleman
Mrs. June was a nurse and employed with Wayne County General Hospital; Wayne County Nursing Home and Nelson’s Nursing Home. She was also Insurance Agent with Life of Alabama and worked at Lincoln Brass. Mrs. June had donated over 5 gallons of Blood to Red Cross.

Daughters; Kay Casteel; Cindy Risner and Jo Casteel Ary all of Waynesboro, TN
Grandchildren; Candace Casteel; Jamin Totty; Alex Risner; Colton Casteel; Casey Neil; Chandis Baker; Tim Ary; Felicia Perkins and Brandi Ayers
Great grandchildren; Paige; Cameron; Aden and Destiny
