Junita Ross

JUNITA ROSSwas born in Henderson County, Tennessee on September 29, 1923 the daughter of the late Houston and Dora Anglin Creasy.On April 13, 1941 she was united in marriage to Harold Ross, who preceded his wife in death on July 2, 1997.Mrs. Ross was a seamstress, she had worked for H I S Sportswear in Saltillo, Tennessee for 25 plus years. Mrs. Ross was a member of Sardis Church of Christ and Sardis Senior Citizens. She enjoyed vegetable gardening, quilting and ceramics and she enjoyed going to church and being with her family. Mrs. Ross departed this life on February 12, 2011 in Lexington, Tennessee at the age of 87 years, 4 months and 14 days.Mrs. Ross is survived by one daughter, Janice Craig and her husband Donnie of Sardis, Tennessee2 sons, Gene Ross and his wife Rita of Middleton, Tennessee and Joe Ross and his wife Teresa of Sardis, Tennessee.6 grandchildren, Brandon, Kristina, Shannan, Mary Beth, Jason and Janesa4 step grandchildren, Stephanie, Kevin, Lexi and Lily2 great grandchildren, Cody and Westen3 step great grandchildren, Chesney, Sydney and Ianone sister, Dorothy McBride of Jackson, TennesseeIn addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Avis Scott and one brother, Manuel Creasy.
