Bethel Springs, TN: Kathryn Young Whitten age 86 passed away December 4, 2016 at Jackson Madison county General Hospital.
She was born September 19, 1930 in McNairy County the daughter of the late Robert and Lessie Stout Young. She attended school in McNairy County. She married Quinnie Whitten. She worked as secretary for the McNairy County Extension Agency. She was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Bethel Springs.
Mrs. Whitten is survived by two step children, Bobby Whitten of Selmer and Joyce McCullar of Bethel Springs and a brother, Charles Young and several cousins.
Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday December 6, 2016 at Lake Hill Memory Gardens.
