Mrs. Allen died Saturday morning, April 24, 2010 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late Uli Carroll and Mary Marie Brown Carroll Yancey. She grew up in the Ripley, MS area and moved to Rogers Springs in 1975. She was a 1971 graduate of Ripley (MS) High School and was a member of New Bethany Church of Christ near Middleton. She was a loving homemaker who loved God, animals and her flowers.
She leaves her husband, Ricky, whom she married February 12, 1975; and a daughter, Jennifer Allen, both of Middleton.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her step-father, Owen Yancey.
